Merdeka ! Merdeka ! Merdeka !

Some may feel that independence day is just a holiday...
Some may spend this day to partaaaaaaayyyy...
Some may recall the past memory on this day...
Some do not even know today is an independence day...

No matter what, I feel grateful being a Malaysia though we always hear bad things about this nation. Other than those political issues, I think Malaysia is the best place to live. It has no natural disasters, no wars.....we only have those stupid peragut, rapist around...

I LOVE MALAYSIA !!!!!

There were two nuns...

One of them was known as Sister Mathematical (SM), and the other one was known as Sister Logical (SL). It is getting dark and they are still far away from the convent.

SM: Have you noticed that a man has been following us for the past thirty-eight and a half minutes? I wonder what he wants.

SL: It's logical. He wants to rape us.

SM: Oh, no! At this rate he will reach us in 15 minutes at the most! What can we do?

SL: The only logical thing to do of course is to walk faster.

SM: It's not working.
SL: Of course it's not working. The man did the only logical thing. He started to walk faster, too. SM: So, what shall we do? At this rate he will reach us in one minute.

SL: The only logical thing we can do is split. You go that way and I'll go this way. He cannot follow us both. So the man decided to follow Sister Logical. Sister Mathematical arrives at the convent and is worried about what has happened to Sister Logical. Then Sister Logical arrives. SM: Sister Logical ! Thank goodness you are here! Tell me what happened!

SL : The only logical thing happened. The man couldn't follow us both,so he followed me

SM: Yes, yes! But what happened then?

SL: The only logical thing happened. I started to run as fast as I could and he started to run as fast as he could.

SM: And? SL:

The only logical thing happened. He reached me

SM: Oh, dear! What did you do?

SL: The only logical thing to do. I lifted my dress up.

SM: Oh, Sister! What did the man do? SL: The only logical thing to do. He pulled down his pants.

SM: Oh, no! What happened then?

SL: Isn't it logical, Sister? A nun with her dress up can run faster than man with his pants down.

And for those of you who thought it would be dirty, I'll pray for you!

Another fun-filled night

It was a Saturday night. A group of 5 gathered at Casino cum Lounge cum Playground de Kuchai. Since our Mr.Lam bought a bottle liquor, we decided to storm into the Kuchai Apartment and started our night!!

"Chou Ah Gua" distracted Mr.Lam from the game, he was the first kena punished..the liquor tastes so weird..after few rounds of punishments, some started doing yoga, some continued watching "Chou Ah Gua", some started composing his own lyrics and sang out loud, some tried to cool down the uncontrolled ones...

Since it's been named as Casino De Kuchai, gambling session started. All started talking nonsence, someone was busy taking pictures and doing yoga. Everyone was still sober except 2 crazy fellas. But all still did not want to end the night though some already lying down on the tilam....

After that, lets head for Dim Sum, it was around 3am..thought by eating could ease the mabukness...but it did not work for someone..hahaha..only ate one piece of "siew mai", then stoned there.

It was really a fun-filled night. It would be much more fun if the rest could join in tooo..It was like so long after our Pangkor trip ( I did not join you guys for Langkawi trip ).

However, drinking is not a healthy game, should replace it with chinese tea next time..hahahaha

(一）中元节的由来

「中元」之名起于北魏，中元节又称「鬼节」或「孟兰盆会」。根据五杂俎的记载：「道经以正月十五日为上元，七月十五日为中元，十月十五日为下 元。」修行记说：「七月中元日 ，地官降下，定人间善恶，道士于是夜诵经，饿节囚徒亦得解脱。」 佛教也在这一天，举行超渡法会，称为「屋兰玛纳」（印度话ULLAMBANA）也就是孟兰会」。孟兰盆的意义是倒悬，人生的痛苦有如倒挂在树头上的蝙蝠， 悬挂着、苦不堪言。为了使众生免于倒悬之苦，便需要诵经，布绝食物给孤魂野鬼。此举正好和中国的鬼月祭拜不谋而合，因而中元节和孟兰会便同时流传下来。


（二）中元节的传说
有关中元节的传说很多，最主要的有—阎罗王于每年农历七月初一，打开鬼门关，放出一批无人奉祀的孤魂野鬼到阳间来享受人们 的供祭。七月的最后一天，重关鬼门之前，这批孤魂野鬼又得返回阴间。所以七月又称鬼月。 目莲救母的故事：佛陀弟子中，神通第一的目犍莲尊者，惦念过世的母亲，他用神通看到其母因在世时的贪念业报，死后堕落在的恶鬼道，过着吃不饱的生活。目犍 莲于是用他的神力化成食物，送给他的母亲，但其母不改贪念，见到食物到来，深怕其它恶鬼抢食，贪念一起食物到她口中立即化成火炭，无法下咽。目犍莲虽有神 通，身为人子，却救不了其母，十分痛苦，请教佛陀如何是好。佛陀说：「七月十五日是结夏安居修行的最后一日，法善充满，在这一天，盆罗百味，供巷僧众，功 德无量，可以凭此慈悲心，救渡其亡母。」这便是台湾普渡拜「好兄弟」的由来。


（三）中元节的意义
从有关中元节的传说中，可深切体认到中元节的祭祀具有双重的意义在，一是阐扬怀念祖先的孝道，一是发扬推已及人，乐善好施的义举。这全是从慈悲的 角度出发，很有人情味。所以，我们在庆赞中元的同时，应该跳脱鬼的角度，期勉互爱。


（四）与中元有关的活动 [普渡拜拜][孟兰盆法会][抢孤][放水灯][立灯蒿]
中元节的艺文活动最主要的有:普渡拜拜—七月十五日下午，大家便开始准备黄昏的大拜拜。祭坛上各种牲醴及水果摆上几百盘，杀猪几十条甚或百多条， 米谷整卡车，鱼山、内山耸立着，极尽铺张能事，与「做醮」相同。另请和尚或道士登坛作法诵经，引渡孤魂野鬼，回归天地，有时也上演钟旭道捉鬼等民间戏曲。
孟兰盆法会—七月十五日是佛教所谓的结夏安居修行的最后一日，法善充满。在这一天的法会中，和尚诵经，盆罗百味，供养僧众，功德无量。除了善渡拜 拜、孟兰法会外，还有「抢孤」、「放水灯」、「立灯蒿」等艺文活动。这些虽然并非各地年年举办，但仍是中元节颇受重视的艺文活动。

POWER of True Friends
After losing his parents, this 3 year old orangutan was so depressed he wouldn't eat and didn't respond to any medical treatments. The veterinarians thought he would surely die from sadness. The zoo keepers found an old sick dog on the grounds in the park at the zoo where the orangutan lived and took the dog to the animal treatment center. The dog arrived at the same time the orangutan was there being treated. The 2 lost souls met and have been inseparable ever since.
The orangutan found a new reason to live and each always tries his best to be a good companion to his new found friend. They are together 24 hours a day in all their activities.



They live in Northern California where swimming is their favorite past time, although Roscoe (the orangutan) is a little afraid of the water and needs his friend's help to swim.




Together they have discovered the joy and laughter in life and the value of friendship.



They have found more than a friendly shoulder to lean on






They appreciate each other..

You don’t care whatever sound you heard, the main point is you are awake!
Off the gadgets that make the wake up noise..
Unless is rooster and vehicle that make the noise then you can’t off it..
